Connect Ravivo to ChatGPT and Claude

Once connected, the chat assistant sees your Ravivo workspaces, prepares and publishes posts and works with direct messages — within the limits you set in Ravivo.

Connection address for any chatbot: https://app.ravivo.app/mcp

You need a Ravivo account where you are a workspace owner or administrator, and the social accounts you publish to connected in Ravivo: Settings → Integrations. ChatGPT and Claude labels are quoted as their help centers name them.

ChatGPT

Requires a Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu plan and chatgpt.com in a browser. The free ChatGPT plan cannot connect your own app. In a Business or Enterprise workspace an admin turns developer mode on.

  1. Click your name at the bottom left → “Settings” → “Security and login” → turn on “Developer mode”. In the older settings layout it is under “Settings” → “Apps” → “Advanced settings”.
  2. Open “Plugins” in the left menu and click “+”.
  3. Fill in the form: name — Ravivo; description — “Ravivo: content and publishing. Developer id-app.io, website ravivo.app”; address — https://app.ravivo.app/mcp. You can upload the icon from the link below. Click “Create”.
  4. The Ravivo sign-in window opens. Sign in and follow “Ravivo: confirm access” below.
  5. To be asked less often: “Settings” → “Apps” → “Ask permission” — pick the least restrictive option. When an approval card appears in the chat, click “Always allow”, or tick “remember for this conversation” if that is what you see. In developer mode ChatGPT may ask again in a new conversation: that is ChatGPT’s own rule.
  6. In a new chat click “+” in the message box → “Developer mode” → turn on Ravivo. Type: “show my Ravivo workspaces”.
  7. If the assistant says an action is missing: “Plugins” → Ravivo → “Refresh”, then start a new chat.

Claude

Any plan works, including Free: claude.ai or the Claude Desktop app. The Free plan allows one custom connector.

  1. Click the button below — Claude opens with the form already filled in. Or by hand: “Customize” → “Connectors” → “+” → “Add custom connector”, name — Ravivo, address — https://app.ravivo.app/mcp.
  2. Click “Add”, then “Connect”. The Ravivo sign-in window opens — follow “Ravivo: confirm access” below.
  3. Grant every permission: “Customize” → “Connectors” → Ravivo → “Tool permissions”. Set each group to “Always allow”.
  4. In a chat click “+” at the bottom left → “Connectors” and check that Ravivo is on. Type: “show my Ravivo workspaces”.
  5. Claude cannot pass photos and videos on by itself. Type: “give me a link to upload files”. Open the link, drop the files, return to the chat and type “done”.

Ravivo: confirm access and set limits for AI

  1. The Ravivo sign-in window is in Russian. Choose “Все мои аккаунты” (all my accounts) so one connection covers all your workspaces. Check the permissions list (read data, give tasks to the AI agent, reports) and click “Разрешить” (allow).
  2. “Settings” → “External agents” shows who is connected and with which rights. Access is revoked there too.
  3. How much AI may do alone: “Settings” → “Profile” → “AI agent mode”. “Semi-autonomous” — everything the chat assistant prepares waits for your decision. “Fully autonomous” — posts are published without confirmation.
  4. To stop AI answering direct messages without you: in “Semi-autonomous” mode no reply goes out unconfirmed. In “Fully autonomous” mode keep “Reply to direct messages without confirmation” unticked.
  5. To confirm actions: the “AI Actions” page → “Pending” tab → “Confirm” or “Reject”.

Check that it works

Type in the chat: “show my Ravivo workspaces”. The assistant should list the workspaces with the account name and your role. If it asks you to sign in instead, repeat the Ravivo sign-in.
